How to integrate with Active Campaign using Custom Form

1. First, you have to create a List if you don’t already have one (Lists -> Add New List). Click Forms:

2. Then + New Form:

3. Fill the fields and choose the List and Create:

4. When the form is finished click Integrate:

5. Copy the code from </> Embed and click Save & Exit:

6. Go to PopUp Domination Mailings page:

7. Click New Custom Form:

8. Type the name of your Custom Form, paste the code and click Create:

9. Done!
