+-Have I change the script in my page’s footer every time I Change, turn On or Off or Add New PoPups?

No, you only need to add that script to your website footer once; all changes you make in your PopUp Campaigns will automatically appear on your website.

+-How many websites can I use this software on?

It’s unlimited!

+-Can I set up the same PopUp for different domains?

Sure. Just copy the PopUp and then edit the domain on step one. Alternatively, you can just use the same Javascript code on every website, but this won’t give you individual analytics, so I wouldn’t recommend this.
