Choose what fields will you have on PopUp and fill other tabs &#8211; Actions and Thank-you Page:<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-647\" src=\"https:\/\/popupdomination.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/infusionsoft_5-1.png\" alt=\"infusionsoft_5\" width=\"1193\" height=\"817\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>5.
