First you have to create a List, if you don&#8217;t have one yet (if you already have a List, skip it and go to Step 3). Go to Contacts, Sing-Up Tools and click Create a Sign-Up Form:<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-356\" src=\"https:\/\/popupdomination.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/ConstantContact-11-1.png\" alt=\"ConstantContact-11\" width=\"1004\" height=\"790\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>4. Fill out Form Details and click Continue:<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-357\" src=\"https:\/\/popupdomination.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/ConstantContact-3-1.png\" alt=\"ConstantContact-3\" width=\"996\" height=\"776\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>5. Keep in mind, that you have to make the same Contact Fields your PopUp Domination PopUp will have:<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-358\" src=\"https:\/\/popupdomination.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/ConstantContact-4-1.png\" alt=\"ConstantContact-4\" width=\"1001\" height=\"767\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>6. Don&#8217;t bother about Form Appearance step, PopUp Domination will override this, click Finish:<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-359\" src=\"https:\/\/popupdomination.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/ConstantContact-5-1.png\" alt=\"ConstantContact-5\" width=\"1003\" height=\"774\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>7. You have new Form under Additional Web Sign-Up Forms now. Go to PopUp Domination Mailings page and click +New Custom Form button:<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-275\" src=\"https:\/\/popupdomination.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Custom-Code-0-1.png\" alt=\"Custom Code-0\" width=\"1002\" height=\"788\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>10. Type the name of your Custom Form, Paste the Code and click Create:<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-276\" src=\"https:\/\/popupdomination.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Custom-Code-1-1.png\" alt=\"Custom Code-1\" width=\"1003\" height=\"788\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>11.
