That sometimes happens, when the coding on your website is wrong, you have to put <meta charset=“utf-8”> in the <head> section of your website.

Why does my PopUp opens on each page? Please check your setting in PopUp Wizard Step 3 Time before reappear. If you have all zeros PopUp will reappear each time you open the page, it’s great if you’re testing how your PopUp works, but can be irritating for visitors.
